REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Macon Municipal Utilities is preparing to analyze whether to enter into an Administrative Order on Consent for Combined Sewer System Improvements with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Statements of Qualifications and Experience from attorneys specializing in environmental regulations are being requested for review. If your firm is interested in being considered to assist the City of Macon, Missouri, please submit your information to Macon Municipal Utilities, 106 W. Bourke Street, Macon, Missouri 63552 no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 9, 2022. Submittals should include examples of assisting communities with similar regulatory assistance. One copy of the statement of qualifications should be submitted.
