Franchise Fee: All charges are subject to a 7% gross receipts payment-in-lieu-of-taxes. All electric, dusk to dawn lighting, natural gas, water and wastewater rates set forth herein, EXCLUDE federal taxes, state taxes, local taxes, payments-in-lieu-of-taxes, and other governmental assessments. Primary residences are excluded from sales tax.
