THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS

April 8, 2022

An emergency meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on April 8, 2022 at 2:00 pm virtually via Zoom. Those in attendance were President Brian Terry, Vice President David Ausmus, Board Member David Wilt, Board Member Scott Lucas, General Manager Stephanie Wilson, and Assistants to the General Manager Benjamin Stueve and Bryce Butner.    

President Brian Terry called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm.

Under new business, information was provided seeking Approval to Purchase Voltage Regulators for Substation 3 Expansion. General Manager Stephanie Wilson and Assistant to the General Manager Benjamin Stueve shared that in order to timely receive three 333 KVA Voltage Regulators with CL-7 control package, and associated Small-Base/Tall-Leg Elevating structures necessary for the substation expansion to serve Agri-Genesis, LLC in the Heartland Enterprise Park, an order needs to be placed this week. After discussion, Vice President David Ausmus made a motion, seconded by Board Member Scott Lucas, to approve the purchase of the voltage regulators from Fletcher-Reinhardt Company and produced by Cooper Power Systems, LLC in the amount of $136,125.00. The motion passed with four votes for and none against.

President Brian Terry adjourned the meeting at 2:18 pm.
