The Board of Public Works and Macon Municipal Utilities, a department of the City of Macon, Missouri, is proposing changes to the user rates for wastewater collection and treatment operations. Information regarding the proposed user rate changes is now available for public review at City Hall or below. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 5:15 pm for the purpose of receiving comments from interested parties. The hearing will be held at City Hall, 106 W Bourke, Macon, Missouri 63552. For those unable to attend the public hearing, written comments may be submitted to the Macon Municipal Utilities General Manager Dana Ulmer at the above address prior to the date of the hearing.
