Macon Municipal Utilities to Refund Natural Gas Service Line and Meter Fees
Natural gas commodity prices are currently at historic lows making it an extremely economical method to heat your home or business. When the weather is warm outside, it is the perfect time to work with Macon Municipal Utilities (MMU) for the installation of a natural gas service line to make sure that your home or business is warm inside during the winter months. MMU will install the natural gas service line from the public main to your home or business and set the meter. Fees of $225.00 are required to be paid up front and will be refunded once the service is made active. This promotion is for customers inside the city limits of Macon, Missouri who currently heat their home or business with electricity or propane. Customers will be responsible for hiring a qualified technician to update their furnace and install fuel lines to appliances.
